NEWayz.. I've missed Cappio and I've discovered that others have too. I try not to buy Starbucks products and they have appeared to be the only company to be producing bottled cold coffee drinks..

I found a drink at Tom Thumb the other day made by Coffee House USA.. They had Mocha, Vanilla, German Chocolate, and one other flavor.. Their drink just wasn't it, though.. I was glad to see someone else producing a drink similar to the missing grail that is Cappio, but it was just too milky. The label actually says that it's a blend of coffee and milk..

So, alas, I am pained again without a Cappio substitute.. Until I discovered my own coffee machine.. I used our Magic Chef coffee machine to make home-brewed Cappio. No, this is not an espresso-maker--just a Wal-Mart special machine..

Ah.. sweet, cold, coffee..
